Hi people,
OK... I know in the last post I said that I'll post about more people but so sorry.. I can't think of anyone else... well... not that I can't think of anyone else just anyone else to write about. Erm... ok... I admit... life now is 100% boring! It has only been 2 days and I'm bored stiff!! Oh yes... I know what to blog about now. Ok... a few posts away, I said that I was gona play the piano for bible study right?? Well...I didn't... at least not that week. So anyway, yesterday, I just played the piano for bible study!! Well... together with Tracy that is cause I won't dare to do it alone. Anyway, initially, I was very frightened that I'll play wrongly... well... I did especially in shine Jesus shine but after I played the first song, I realised that the piano was not really necessary and that even if we played a wrong note, no one would notice. Somehow, the piano was super soft though it was a grand piano. Maybe its the surroundings... I'm not sure but I had to like slam on the piano for it to be heard. The guitar was like overpowering. My parents complained that the fonts in my power point slide show were too small but they just don't know how to appreciate good fonts! Hahas:D So thats basically what happened last night...oh and after the bible study when we were having refreshments, I played Chasing cars on my MP3 and it was not the original version! It was the one by JONATHAN LEONG!! YAY! And you know what?? Although alot of people said that snow patrol is much better than Jonathan leong, I tell you.... no one could tell it was Jonathan and not Snow patrol when I played the song. Not even my parents! Nono... I'm serious! Hahas:D I guess that's all I have to blog about oh yeah.. in the last post, I said I was gona play scrabble right?? Well...guess who won?? YES ME!!! Hahas:D I'm so clever!! And I won my parents like over 20 points and I even helped both of them!! I'm so clever!! ( reader must be thinking: self praise, international disgrace!! HAHAHA!)Hahas:D i'm kidding. But yes I did win... and by 20 over points. I guess they were very tired especially my dad. So now the score's Mum:0! So poor thing! Dad:1 and Me: 2!! Whoopee!! I'm wining!! Hahas:D Ok...I got to go now... bye!

Ok... as most of you people would know, today is the last day of school... well at least for MGPS girls. I'm really gona miss you people!! Some people are not going back to MGPS so we won't be able to see each other again!! CRY!!!! Ok... since p6 is over and we are not gona meet some of our friends anymore, we can gossip about them and they won't kill us!!!! Hahas:D No lar... don't be evil... I mean after all you might not see them anymore so you want their last impression of you to be good right?? Well I'm really sad that some of us have to part:( I'm really gona miss you guys!!!! I'll specially like to thank some people that have made this year wonderful for me and helping me through my times of need.
Ruth Choy- Hey... so sad you're not going back to MG!!! Yeah... anyway, thanks for being a wonderful friend. I really cherish the moments I've spent with you. Keep in touch ok?? MUST ok!!! Hope we will be friends forever!!!:D Smiles!!! <3 penguins!!!:D
Yvonne- Hihi... you are one of the few people who actually reads my blog... well most of the times... anyway, thanks for always making me smile. Though your flu is contageous, so is your laughter! Hahas:D Work hard!! I'm sure when you grow older, you'll become a work class squash player.. or what Ariel refers to them as, Squashee! Hahas:D
Ariel- Thank you for repeated labeling me: racist, lesbian, prosititute... etc. It's so many that I can't remember. Hahas:D Had loads of fun today at your house:D I'm still figuring out how to do those card tricks...Hahas:D Thanks for bringing excitement and fun to my p6 life. Erm... I wanted to type something but I suddenly forgot what it was....LOL!! That always happenes to me. Oh yes..I remember... tell your domestic helper and your mum thanks again. Oh and help me pet your cats!!!
Anne- Thank you for causing the most bruise on me! Hahas:D I'm kidding. But seriously... your beating is VERY VERY painful!!!Hahas:D Anyway, I didn't really get to know you... very well... probably cause you're not sitting near me thats why. Apart from all the beating, you are actually very nice.:) Also very pretty and smart!!Hahas:D If you read this you're probably gona strangle me! Hahas:D RUN!!! Hahas:D Thanks for erm.. well.. just bringing laughter and happiness.

Hey all,
Today was the fun fair!!! YAY!!! It was really fun but sadly I didn't get a chance to go to the haunted house.:( CRY!!!! Hahas:D But it's ok. I did really fun stuff well quite fun and yes... the things were quite worth it... at least I think so. Ok.. and for those who did not see me in school today, you are not gona believe what I did. I DYED MY HAIR. WHAT MORE??? PURPLE!! Hahas:D People said that I looked like a cheif prostitute! LOL!! Hahas:D I mean whats wrong with spraying your hair purple??? I mean loads of people also did that. It was either that or green which would look TERRIBLE!!! Hahas:D So yes. I had a GREAT time. Oh yes I forgot to say: I DEDICATEDE CHASING CARS BY SNOW PATROL TO ALL JONANTHAN LEONG FANS!!!!!!!!!!! Hahas:D and of course, Ruth dedicated when it all falls apart by the veronicas. You know whats weird?? Alot of people prefer Hady to Jon but no one actually dedicated that wings song by Hady Mirza. So it goes to show Jon fans may( not very sure) be less but his fans are more fanatic. Well... at least me. Hahas:D Oh yeah I got so caught up in the fun fair I forgot to tell you what happened before that. There were these ex-MGS girls who came back to tell us about their memories in MGS or the alteria motive?? Convince us to go back to MGS. Hahas:D No lar. I don't think thats their motive. The first and last people were funny and interesting but the middle ones were constantly staring at us like they don't know what to say. Oh and as the last girl said, if you don't know how to solve somethings, scisssor, paper, stone! Hahas:D That was the one I will never forget. So thats basically what happened before the fair. Ok... so after the fair, I had to wait 'till 3 to go for the pri6 tea party thing and I must say it was quite fun. Well most of it. I wasn't really keen when I heard that Jacob's ladder was the last game cause we ALWAYS play the during prefects training but surprisingly, it was quite fun... apart from all the confusion. Our team didn't win but it was ok cause it was a very close fight. All in all, today is a day that I'll not forget. I'm sure everyone had a great time too. OUCH... my throat hurts... must be from all that screaming! Hahas:D Well.. I'm gona rest now... BYE!!

Hi people!!
I just went to Vivo city! It was really nice especially the back part! I took some photos with my mum's handphone so hopefully we can find the connection plug to the computer so I can post it on my other blog. Oh.. wait... I totally forgot to say Happy Hari Raya Puasa everyone!!!! Ok... back to Vivo city. It was really crowded then and it was so hard to find a parking so my father sort of "cheated" and parked in front of a parking lot that was already taken. What?? He wasn't the only one ok! But don't worry... there was space for the other car to come out. Vivo city was super crowded... might just be the next orchard road... then again, could just be a craze that could fade off after a few months. According to my mum, the shops and the contractors were rushing to finish the development so now, there are still some shops that are not quite open yet. I didn't quite get the chance to shop cause we were going around looking for my father loads of time. But I did get something very special! I got a caricacture of myself! I'll show it to you on my other blog- www.photos-ave.blogspot.com when I have the chance to scan the picture of it in. I'll also tell you more about the picture on the other blog cause it kinda hard to imagine and it'll make no sense to you if you can't see the picture. Oh and yes, yes... when you see it, laugh all you want. I must say this guy who drew me is quite talented! Hahas:D I'll go and find the plug now. Ok. I just realised after watching quite a few drama series...that they can actually teach you something.... well... like the Zai Sheng Yuan one which I just finished: I learnt that if/when you have a child you must reward the child. MUST. I mean not necessary expensive gifts but at least something. You see there was this brother of the emperor and his father was super bias. On his birthday, his father promised that the one who came back from the woods with a rabbit the first would get a golden arrow( whoa very expensive!). So anyway, the emperor's brother or course came first. So of course, the arrow should go to him but the father kept on stalling and stalling for like an hour or so. So, the emperor's brother got super mad and stomped off. Since then, he became bad. Only until the end after the father died and the emperor's brother was threatening him did their mother take out the arrow and show it to him and said it rightfully belonged to him. It was like so sad cause he never got rewarded and when he just got the arrow, he was crying like a child. Sadly, he had to die cause he offended the emperor. Thats so sad right??? So remember always reward your child cause if you don't they won't feel appreciated.
Ok then there's the current show that I am watching now... well actually I've watched it like 2x but I am obsessed with it! It is called hai tun wan lian ren ( lovers at dolphin bay): Ok... you know how we always wanted our siblings to be like really really nice to us?? Well this show tells you what happens when one is too nice to the other... of course I don't think this will happen even though I'm not that sure. Ok... so Shan Ni hated Zhe Ya to the core at first cause he took her position in the father's company. But after a disaster- "a crazy fan threatened to put a bomb on Shan Ni if the company did not let him speak up for Man Qing (some superstar) cause Zhong Xiao Gang who was Man Qing's boyfriend and also her manager, replace her with Tian Bian. So they called in a "reporter" well... she was just pretending to be one that is. But suddenly, her name card dropped out and the crazy fan saw it and started the bomb on Shan Ni. Zhe Ya instructed everyone to leave cause the bomb was going to blow in 30secs. Shan Ni, although she hated him, screanmed at him to leave her alone but he would not let her die like that so he tried to get the bomb off her. Well he did but then they found out that the bomb was a fake... that was stupid! Shan Ni was like super touched and changed her impression of him. After awhile, ( this is really unbelievable but its true... well in the story) she fell in love with him!!!!! Ok... I really recomend you to watch this show and find out what happened... well I actually told you ALOT about the show so its not that fun already. So anyway, yup moral of the story? Well sometimes we should not expect our siblings to be that nice... if they are, I'm just saying... its not really possible but there's still a 1% chance...you might fall for them. And I always envy Tracy cause her bro's so nice to her! Hahas:D You think she LIKES her brother???(*grins*) Ok... that is like totally impossible! Hahas:D Wo Zai Hu Si Luan Xiang! Today I am going to blog about my pal Ruth Choy. LOL!! Sounds super formal! Hahas. Ok to some of you, this post might be a little boring. Well if you blog about a boring person of course its boring! LOLS! I'm kidding lar. Ruth is not boring. Ok let me start by introducing Ruth Choy for those people who don't know her very well. (by the way... the reason for blogging about Ruth is because she forced me to!) Ok. Ruth is a girl who is obsessed with... ..... ..... ... ... ...
MAPLESTORY!! Lols! You thought I was gona say her crush did you??Nope I'm not that a bad person! Ok.. maybe not that obsessed as Cheryl (Sng) but still... she loves the game. Ruth is patient, Ruth is kind, Ruth does not envy... hahas... I'm going into the bible verse. (ruth: LAME.=.=" i sound so HOLY, HOLY) Hahas:D She's here beside me! Well... at least she was. Erm...oh yes! Ruth prefers JONATHAN LEONG to hady mirza!!!! YAY!!! HURRAY!!! I shall compliment her for that! Ruth likes this very nice, funny, good looking, cute, adorable, cuddly ( I'm suppose to be complimenting but truthfully, I think he's actually the opposite... that one sounds like a penguin!!! Hehe!! He's actually quite weird but yes. He is funny. Quite. Well... actually he so lame that he's funny. Yeah... basically that.) guy. Wait no.. boy. ( I would think gay! LOL!! I am evil!! Hahas:D) Okok.. I'll just refer him to another AHEM. Nono. Not the same AHEM as the one that Tracy Saw likes( he's not that a person... well... he can't "love" every girl he sees right?? After all he already like Hui Min.) Oh yeah...( I shall go out of point just for a while) the other time Yvonne poste something like we should not be talking about this little thing called love... well she actually just said I should not be talking about Tracy and AHEM but I take it she's als0 refering to every AHEM I write in my blog. Well.. I know we are young BUT... we are gona reach teenhood in like 2 months or so... so I guess we can talk about it right?? Okok... maybe not. Well.. nevermind sooner or later you'll also start to talk about these kind of stuff. Okok.. side track too much already. So anyway as I was saying, she likes ahem and I suppose that AHEM likes he too but when we went to the love calculator website thing( which is 100% not accurate!) it was quite a low pencentage. My brother with her on the other hand... not that same! ( hehe...*grins*) Okok.. well... its super not accurate cause we tried girl and girl.. well.. Yvonne tried Rachel Khoo and Ruth Gan and well.. it worked out quite well... oh and naughty... tupit Ruth Choy tried me and Jonathan Leong and do you know how many percent????95 leh!!!! tupit her!!! Hahas:D... Please people stop with the wrong idea of me liking Jonathan Leong... cause I don't ... well... yes I do like him but I don't love him... well... He is my Singapore Idol and always will be. Ok... anyway, back to Ruth Choy. Well... I really pity Ruth Choy. Her father is like SUPER controlling!! Even after PSLE,he doesn't let her play computer! OMG!!! Thats so sad right?? Even worse?? Her father does not let her call AHEM!!! Well... poor me! Because of them wanting to talk to each other I had to pay $60 plus! I should claim from them!!!! Hahas:D But seriously... I had to pay my dad $60!!! xin tong man!!! hahas:D Her father is really very evil... she's really poor thing!!! Charity: help Ruth Choy win the respect of her parents. Hahas:D I'm Kidding. OK... I guess that mostly all you have to know about Ruth Choy.

Reasons why I did not go to school today: 1. I admit... I too lazy to wake up
2. I was tossing and turning 'till 3
3. ( the most valid reason) because I had a slight fever well actually 38 degrees to be exact. But now I think I'm fine. It went down to 37.6 degrees. Hopefully by 1 something I'll be back to my normal very cool temperature ( about 36 degrees).

Ok this is an extremely boring post just to inform you people why I did not go to school today. EEK! It seem like I'm having less things to blog about already! Thats bad!! Bad Bad Bad!! Oh and no I don't really blog for the sake of it. I do enjoy blogging but I would actually appreciate if more people come to my blog. Ok... for those who take time off to read my blog, thank you so much for reading my blog! Ok... I sign off by recomending a song. Well most of you who watch Singapore Idol would probably have heard of this song. It was sang by the one and only fabulous JONATHAN LEONG!! Ok anyway, he didn't do very well in this song but seriously... its a really nice song and I really think you should listen to it... well maybe not cause the original version isn't very nicece either.... nvm forget about listening to the song. Go and look for the lyrics. Its really nice and meaningful. I almost cried when I read the lyrics. It's really very sad! So go now ... look for dancec with my father by Luther... Hello all,
Ok. A few post away, I said that the coach was bias. Well, I take that back. Why the sudden change in think you ask? Well today after squash, THE COACH TREATED UP TO COKE OR RIBENA!!! Hehe:D Yay!!!! Hey... it might not be a big deal to anyone but recently (or should I say yesterday) I watched a show where this guy's parents never rewarded him and in the end he turned bad and all he every wanted was a reward from them. I cried cause this guy was like so pitiful. Ok... where was I?? Oh yes it is quite a big deal to me... in a way. Ok anyway, today in squash, we played with this "disfigured" ball which could like bounce in ALL directions and it waas to test our reflects. ( I used the word disfigured because this ball was not round nor square nor triangle though squares and triangles won't be called balls. It was quite roundish but there were these round parts sticking out of the ball... Hmm... how am I suppose to describe it??? Nvm... I think you basically have the idea that it was not ordinary) Anyway, after squash, I went to Ariel's house! It was fun and we played cluedo ( Hmm... ariel won 2 or 3x!! Not fair!! I only won once!:<) and dominos and upwords and this thing called game cube. It is somewhat like a playstation just that its a little different and the disk is super small and cute! Talking about cute, OMG!!!!! Ariel's cats are super adorable!!! I like Brandy better cause she's friendly. pudding on the other hand was not very nice to me. He kept on pushing me away but at least he did not scratch me. Ariel's domestic helper was nice too. It was very fun there till sabina had to leave. Then it started to get a little boring then not long after that, I had to go home. Then my very nice mummy brought me to erm... wher was that place again?? Ops I forgot. Okok nvm. Anyway, we went to some place to buy another chinese drama series!! But sadly I didn't buy one cause I could not decide cause I was risking my CD. So I decided to go there another day and meanwhile go and search for recomendations and why they are nice. :( Wah!! I didn't get my chinese drama series but never mind there's always another one at home that I can watch so anyway, yupp I'm gona go watch my chinese drama series now okies??? Bye people!!! The drama series that I'm gona watch is called love in harvord( if thats how you spell it. I'm too lazy to go check so for now, BYE!!)

Hello all! I know I should post the pictures now but... erm... lets just say that I have more important things to blog about. YAY! Tracy just came over and made my day! Ok. I'm a lazy bum I admit. Tracy came at 8:30 and I was still asleep( blush). Hehe:D Yupp anyway, we had a great time! We played the 'spongebob square pants' computer game!!! It might sound lame and all but it is actually very fun! There were some parts that were so lame that it was actually funny. I was laughing my head off. You know that spongebob square pants movie right??? It was super funny! Patrick was so stupid but that made the game funny! Then we started jumping on the bed like we usually do. Hmm... it seems like everytime Tracy comes over, I lose more weight that when theres PE. Oh and Tracy now has a blog. She's still bitter about AHEM. Apparently, he laughedd when he read the note thats why she was so angry. You can go read her blog and see how mad she is. She even wrote: greatest wish: to ruin AHEM's life. Oh down there, you can finally see AHEM's name. He is actually the pastor's son and now Tracy has a grudge against him! Whoho... he's in BIG trouble! Anyway, yes the template was created by the one and only fabulous LIM JIA MIN!!! :D lol! Thick skin! Hahas:D But I find hers quite nice. Yupp like all my other templates, this one also has the Jiamin style. No matter how different the templates are, the Jiamin style is always there:D Haha:D Ariel said she like the template on my sister blog better. I wonder why...mmm. I find the one on this blog more bold. I like it that way. Maybe its because I slunted the pictures in the other blog so it doesn't look that stiff. I'm not too sure... Ops. Out of context again!! so anyway, Tracy and I had a great time!! Looking forward to after her exams when she can SLEEP OVER!!! I'll invite Elanor and Hui Min too! Hurray!! While filpping through some photo albums today, I realised that there were many things I forgot that were very beautiful. I guess these were minor details of my trip in that particular country but as I look back, I realised it was those minor details that made the trip fun. Example it is the small minor details of a time with a person that you develop feelings for the person. ( I'm not just refering the relationships also to friendships) I did not realise how beautiful some places were until I flipped through the album. I really would like to share some of the photos with you people but sadly my brother's home and in order to show you people the photos, I have to use his computer so I'll post it as soon as I can. Photos can bring beautiful memories back to you and yet at the same time, it can bring bad memories back. Though some memories can be bad, it would still be nice to look back and by looking back, you can also reflect on your future. Your past mistakes can help you in your future decisions. So one day, do take some time off to flip through your photo albums. If you don't have much photos, it is never too late. You can start collecting photos and when you are older, you can look back. I guess that is partly the reason why I want to be a photographer. Well... the other reason would be beacause it give me a sense of satisfaction when I take a good photograph. The next time someone wants to take a photo of you, don't reject it. Maybe in the future someone could look back and say " Hey! Thats Jiamin! She was the crazy one!" Haha:D No lar! They won't say that about you. But they might want to take a picture of you to remember you.

Ok. So after Bs, Tracy and I had such a fun time, we wanted to stay over( though her exams are not over, she's kinda taking it easy. She 100% prepared!! Really. She's like very Kia Su and she's probably studying pri6 stuff now. Like last year, she was studying all the pri5 stuff.) Anyway, after much begging, my parents finally gave in and let me stay over at her place. Hui Min and Elanor also stayed over... they planned it already. Anyway, it was really fun. We gossiped until 1 something then we were forced to sleep. Hui Min fell asleepp way before we did. We were talking about Tracy's AHEM and what she was going to do cause he was avoiding her since she confessed. Poor little Tracy. She told us wrote him a note and was planning to give it to him the next day. So then we talked about this little thing called LOVE. Haha. We kept teasing each other and once again, they teased that I liked Jonathan. It's so stupid! I mean what gives people the idea that I have a crush on Jonathan Leong??? Yeah... sure... I talk about him alot but I also talk about penguins alot too! ( talking about penguins, I brought pingu there.. I can't sleep without him!!! Tracy, Hui Min and Elanor also fell in love with him!! HEHE!!) Anyway, as I was saying, we were talking about LOVE and it seems like everyone has someone they like or someone that likes them except me. Tracy likes AHEM. Elanor and one guy in the picture which I will show you later on and are almost steady. AHEM likes Hui Min. As for me, well ok I'm not embarrassed to tell you that yes I had a crush too. But that was about 6-7 years ago. It was kinda abupt cause the guy was in my bus when I was in K1 and I realised how I truely felt for him only like a few days before the school ended so I had no time to tell him. He was 1 year older than me so that means that he would not come back. Its such a pity. That guy was very nice. Well at least to me. Anyway, back to the sleep over. TRACY SAW THAT NASTY LITTLE GIRL WOKE ME UP AT LIKE 7 SOMETHING!!! AND DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT TIME THEY GO TO CHURCH???? DO YOU??? CHURCH STARTS AT 10 OK!!!!!!!! I don't think anyone needs like 3 hours to prepare to go to church. But in the end we still lazed around and really prepared at like 8 something. Somemore Tracy started poking me when i didn't want to wake up!!! NAUGHTY LITTLE GIRL!!!!!!
Ok then it was off to LWMC ( Living Waters Methodist Church. The old Preaching Point Methodist Church. It is the church of ACSI.) I met alot of old people that I knew there. Some did not recognise me though. Everyone who did said:" Whoa! Jiamin you've grown so tall! " Haha. really?? I did?? Well yeah maybe cause then it was like 5 years ago. The most different looking and sounding person: Noel!!! Omg!! He's like as tall as me now. Then, he was so short and erm... squeaky sounding. Now?? Well, he's about the same height as me. Nono... I'm still taller! YAY!!! I gotta grow more!! And his voice?? I seriously don't know where to start! It is like more than 1 ocative lower than last time. The only 1 thing that was the same was his goffy personality! Haha:D I tell you. This man really CANNOT sing! He was like singing... I have no idea why...during class. Lol. Oh yeah and I also saw AHEM. Somehow he looked euraisian and quite different. Still short though. Anyway, Tracy passed him the letter and ran off as quick as she could. Then, it happened. AHEM must be the most stupid person on the face of the earth or he simply does not like Tracy. He showed the letter to both of his best friends and apparently, one of them had a crush on Tracy!! I somehow also think AHEM said something to Tracy. After her class, she was like faking a smile on her face. People might not know but I do because I've been with her for about 8 years. A few weeks ago, Tracy told me she had a sleep over and everyone was invited. AHEM already knew that Tracy liked him then. They were playing truth or dare then when it came to AHEM's friend's turn, he chose truth so they asked him who he like and he hesitantly said Tracy. Then it went on to AHEM. He chose truth too so everyone asked him to tell his crush. He was pondering for a very long time and just when he was about to say who he liked, Tracy's mother came into the room and said they had to sleep. While they were preparing to sleep, AHEM went up to Tracy and told her that he liked her too. I really don't know whats going on in that boy's mind. Tracy suspected that he only said that to make her feel better. I really don't know whats going on. Tracy is now very sad. I saw her frowning many times on my trip home. People, the next time you tell a person you like him/her please really mean it. Never ever play with someone's feelings. It can really break the person's heart.

Hehe so nice.:D Daphne was nice too. She was much much much prettier in person. Hady's hand was the biggest! Haha. It is true. Jasmine's signature was the nicest. It somewhat looked like mine... Today, while listening to the SPCA talk, I couldn't help remembering this post in Jonathan's blog. It was the only post I managed to save because the next time I went there, the blog was gone and I could not access it anymore. When I read this post, I was absolutely touched and I cried. (partly cause I'm an emotional person) I think if you read it, you too would be moved to tears. It is amazing that someone with such a beautiful voice can also write so well. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Hi everyone, first off.. thanks for reading this little blog of mine. I'm gonna let it shine, this little blog of mine, I'm gonna let it shine. sorry.. got a little caught up.
i was thinking abit today abt this whole stay in experience, and I realise that this must be how my pets feel like! They stay in and are fed whenever food is given, they move when told to, they meet other people only when introduced by their owners and they can't go out whenever they like! hahahaha... But its all good, cos I don't really spend any money this way. And the place we are staying at is just great, the facilities are great and I have absolutely no complaints. I even got some freebies like teeshirts and a creative mp3 player Mug.A pink earphone which I am not shy abt using too!
Speaking abt pets and animals kept in captivity. I would like to share with you my experience with animals which I never expected to look after but came my way.. (I realised I didnt mention this before)
If you checked out my photo album, There is a photograph of the most beautiful white cat, with tiny black stripes on the tips of her ears, on her paws, and her ringed flowy tail.. to top it off, she had stunningly blue eyes, Her name is smoky, my cat.. I was blessed enough to have her with me ever since she was a kitten. One evening, I was walking to have dinner with my good friend, Elvin. There was a slight drizzle coming from the clouds as we walked past a big drain. The kind with the ladder on the side of the wall of the drain for you to climb down if you needed to get into the drain. As we went past the drain, we heard a faint mewing.. it didnt bother us and we decided not to take further notice. After dinner, we walked back the same path towards Elvin's home. The rain was getting reasonably heavier, and the distant mewing now became screechy and much more intense.. Elvin and myself then decided to check out where that kitten sound was coming from. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tiny bundle of white fur.. hiding underneath the drain trying to find a dry spot amidst the rising water level.
I decided to at least take it out of the drain in case it drowned with the approaching storm. The amazing thing was that, when I climbed into the drain and carried that tiny white kitten out, she did not protest at all... and she was calm and quiet immediately.
As I examined her fur and paws for injuries, I then looked into what was the most beautiful pair of eyes I have ever seen. They were persian blue and bright as icebergs in the sun,
i decided to keep her and name her Smoky because of the smoky tips she had colored onto her paws, ears and tail.
Smoky lived with us from then on, always up to mischief but ever grateful to us at the same time.. she showed this to me at least by always coming to the door when any member of the family returned. Everynight, she would take her position on my pillow just above my head and purr herself to sleep.. in so doing, she would lull me into sleep as well. She was also my loyal companinon as I watched my dvds and read my books.. she would plonk herself on my lap or book with a blatant disregard that was so endearing..
Smoky was taken away from me prematurely though, one fateful evening last year, just abt 2 weeks before christmas.. my band was performing a gig at mohammad sultan road and just after the gig... I was supposed to head down to another pub to talk to the owner about the possiblilities of starting a regular gig there. However, i received a phonecall from my mother and her tone was far from how she normally sound. She said "come home now... I just stepped into the house and smoky is lying on the floor with blood all around her! She can't move and she is just meowing in pain."I rushed back as quickly as I could and took Smoky to a 24 hr vet emergency centre.. My heart sank as I saw her crying and looking at me, unable to move.. I didnt want to think the worst as i always thought that animals would get well and that they are hardy beings. At the animal hospital the doctor told me frankly that her temperature was way below normal and that she had collapsed... but needed rest if she were to recover.
The doctor told me that the chances were slim for her survival and that i should leave the hospital.. the more I stood by her and stroked her perfect white fur, the louder she meowed. she never liked the vet's. She used to refuse to come out of her carrier everytime we paids the vet a visit.
I prayed real hard and told her that I everything was going to be ok if she remained strong. I then took a short video clip of her with my handphone and unwillingly left the vet for her to get her much needed rest.
about 2 hours later I received a phonecall from the vet when I was at the meeting with the owner of the pub (needless to say I was not in the state of mind to discuss any business). Smoky had passed away. because of complications from the spaying surgery she had a wekk before. My beautiful smoky was not going to sleep on my pillow next to me any longer.
I was at a loss for words. i left the meeting and went back to the vet, by this time it was about 2am in the morning and i wanted to see her again before her body turned hard and cold. That was the second time I really felt the sense of loss. (the first was the loss of one my very good friends about one and a half year's ago.. but that's something for another time). The loss of something you love and that you saw grow from a weak dependent to a strong animal. No words could describe that feeling. In retrospect, i feel that that might be the worst feeling for a parent. To lose their child prematurely.
i heard it once said that went something like " A poet wanted to scribe a poem called "loss" on the tombstone of a loved one. But even after a long time, he only managed to carve a few words into the stone, but striked it off, because you cannot describe the feeling of loss, you can only feel it. If you have not experienced it, you will not know what its like."
All this talk about my smoky is making me really tired and I should turn in now... I will blog about Arturo(my dog), whom we all call Toto some other time.. i uploaded a few more pictures of my kitty cat for you look at.
I apologise if you were affected by the story of my smoky.. but i assure you, Toto's story is much more pleasant and optimistic!
Thanks for reading my rantings... honestly, I didnt think I would enjoy blogging, but now I feel it seems to give me an outlet to rethink about certain events and have some closure as well.. anywya, earky day ahead tomorrow. Every pri6 except those taking higher chinese must be writing this on their blog!! PSLE IS OVER!!!! WE ARE FREE!!!! CAN FLY ALL WE WANT!!! Okok. Gona update you people on the thing I've done today. I WENT TO CALVARY PANDAN KINDERGARTEN!!!!!!! Hurray! It was so fun and surprisingly, alot of the teachers were there and the recognised us!( me and Amanda). I brought cookies for the teachers and Amanda's mum bought a cake for them. Okok... I admit. The only people I recognise was Mrs chong, the principal and the chinese lao shi... Hehe... I'm very naughty. Yay!! They said we were very xiao xun!!! Hahas:D I'm still estatic. It was really nice to go back to kindergarten cause it reminds you of the past and all the fun things you did in the school. It did not change one bit. The school is very dear to me and see those old walls reminded of all the things I did there. Whether good or bad, happy or sad. Those memories were really nice and some were very funny. Amanda's mum was also really nice! She brought us to Mcdonnalds and we saw some MGS people and we saw something very disturbing... ok not very! Ok... I hope I'm not offending anyone cause I don't like to offend people. It is just that erm.. we saw some MGS girls (I shall not reveal who) who were wearing skirts that were sooooooooooooooooooooooo short! It was like just covering their ahem. Sick right??? I mean it isn't that I'm against mini skirts it is just that don't you think thats kinda short??? Anyway, back to Amanda's mum. She's really nice. The only thing bad was that she kept on mentioning PSLE. I mean its already over... most of us probably won't wana talk about it would we?? Ok. Besides that, she was very nice:D All in all, I really enjoyed today except for the science paper that is. Though it wasn't say very though. Easier that prelims lah! Okok. I'm gona enjoy the rest of my day now!!! Peace out!!! Haha:D I always wanted to do that:D

Ok. I have not been blogging for a long.......... time. And I'm really sorry about that. Its cause of PSLE which is gona end VERY VERY VERY SOON!!!!!!! I'm really looking forward to that day. Stupid science!!! Anyway, now a days I really don't have much to post about... well actually I do but... erm.. I guess when I have something to blog about, I don't have the time and right now... I'm kinda making time to update people about me though most of you probably won't be interested. Actually I could have just waited 2 more days to blog but I'm miss blogging too much so anyway, this post is probably gona be about PSLE. So far it has been quite ok but I must admit the maths paper was rather challenging. Maybe just the last question. If I'm not wrong, the answer is 324. I'm not that sure... but I think so. :< BOOHOOO!!! I got that question wrong!! Thats for sure!!! Cause I was in a rush and I made a stupid silly mistake which might cost me my camera!!! NOOOOOO!!! I MUST GET THAT CAMERA!!!! Anyway, I also found out that I had a few mistakes for chinese:< sad!!!! VERY SAD!!! I didn't really ask people about english. But hopefully i make VERY VERY LITTLE mistakes. I pray that science won't be hard. Oh btw... people my after Psle plans are very little leh!! Very boring leh! I was expecting to like go out everyday but it seems like the opposite leh!! Please... if you are free, can we like go out to maybe watch a movie or something like that?? I'm planning to watch the devil wears prada... I know its out long long time ago but I still haven't watch it so I am planning to watch it. If I don't have anyone to go with, I'll probably have to watch with my mum. But she's still kinda cool. Anyway, you don't have much plans either, can we like go and hang out??? ( gosh I sound desperate!!! btw not on the monday cause amanda and I are going to our kindergarden so erm... I'm not free.)

I saw this wonderful thank you card to my father in the post. It was so nice so I decided to scan it here and let you people see it. Ps. I'm probably gona change my template soon cause I realised that my box is much too small and when I get a camera, its gona be hard fitting the pics into the small little box. I'm really gona miss the template though. Oh and I'm gona disable the right-click disabler (sound weird) and trust people not to copy my stuff but just incase, I'm gona put (c)opyrighted Jiamin for every photo put on this blog. Eek!!! Making blog templates is not my thing. Really!
